Hobbies:- Theatre as an actor, (I have appeared at the Royal Albert Hall in London twice), director as well as a patron. Travelling around the world is also important to me as I meet some amazing people;

Interesting Fact:- When I was Curator of Astronomy at the Yorkshire Museum in York I was one of only six in the country. I was part of a rare breed. I was presented with an MBE in 1998 for services to Astronomy and Education.
